  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping only.

  • United States: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Canada: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Occasionally, promotional discounts may include free shipping; see the details during checkout.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • International shipping outside of these countries is not available at this time.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We package all items with care, but fragile products may occasionally be damaged in transit.

  • Sage and Jade Apothecary is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues outside of our control.
